'I love oven roasted chicken for a quick & healthy meal prep for the week. I usually like to eat it with vegetable rice/ brown rice & roasted veggies at the side and a salad. This simple & easy recipe is packed with flavor, juicy & delicious. Ingredients: 8-10 pieces Chicken thighs (boneless & skinless) 1 tbsp Olive oil Salt to taste ½ tsp Pepper ½ tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning or Chicken Masala 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Sriracha Sauce or Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup Sauce 1 tsp Rosemary 1 tsp Italian Seasoning - or any seasoning of your choice 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Honey Here\'s the step by step recipe: 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F / 218°C 2. In a large bowl, add chicken thighs. Add Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Paprika, Chicken seasoning, Garlic Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Sriracha Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Rosemary, Italian Seasoning & give it a mix. 3. Then add the soy sauce & honey, and mix thoroughly. 4. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. 5. Place the marinated chicken pieces into a baking pan lined with aluminum foil. 6. Bake for 25 minutes 7. Then flip the chicken pieces and broil for 5 more minutes until golden brown. 8.
